Hey guys, my sons have outgrown their Hasbro SW toys and they would like them to go to a good home.  All items are in 'played with' condition, albeit still looking pretty good.  Good items for loose display or to give to the kids so they leave your collectibles alone!

All items complete (projectiles, working electronics, etc).  Will try to get pictures up soon.  Will send shipping charge once I get an address.  PM me with questions.

ROTS collection Obi-Wan Starfighter (added ROTS Obi-Wan Starfighter pilot figure) - $15

The Saga Collection TIE Advanced x1 Starfighter (added Darth Vader figure) - $20

30th Anniversary collection Aayla Secura's Starfighter (added ROTS Aayla Secura figure) - $15
30th Anniversary collection Sith Infiltrator (added Darth Maul figure) - $15

The Clone Wars collection Turbo Tank, speeder bike, and figure - $75
The Clone Wars collection Magna Guard Starfighter (added Magna Guard figure) - $15
The Clone Wars collection AAT - blue/grey color scheme (added Battle Droid figure) - $15
The Clone Wars collection Anakin's Starfighter (AOTC version) (added Anakin Skywalker and R2-D2 figures) - $20
The Clone Wars collection Super Vulture Droid - blue/grey color scheme - $15

Also have a lot of figures (army builders, Jedi, baddies).  Looking to just sell these as a lot.  Make me an offer as I have no idea what these would go for if anything at this point:  [SOLD]

Thanks for looking!

The Wookiee Arcade / LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens
« on: February 2, 2016, 10:02 PM »
You had to see this coming with the success of the movie and these video games:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i0IJqIzO_YM

Now it's just a matter of whether to buy this when it comes out or wait until they combine EP7, EP8 and EP9 releases into one game like they did with the Saga Edition several years ago.

The Prequel Trilogy / Reboot Episodes I, II & III?
« on: December 26, 2015, 10:09 PM »
Interesting thoughts here:

http://www.vox.com/2015/12/24/10660766/star-wars-franchise-reboot-the-prequels

I know that they would never do it, but it sure would make the movies easier to watch if they were able to put out something that was more like TFA and less like TPM.  Let Darth Maul survive so that Anakin has to defeat him in order to become Palpatine's new apprentice.  Get rid of all the political rhetoric.  Actually have Leia old enough to see and remember her mother as she recounts in ROTJ.  No Lucas level dialogue.  A pod race that isn't like Mario Cart.  And I could go on...

JD Sports Forum! / Who's Still Playing Sports?
« on: August 10, 2015, 09:40 PM »
I recently had the itch to get back into competitive sports after sitting on the sidelines and coaching my sons' teams for many years.  After high school and patella tendon replacement surgery, I couldn't really play high impact sports without the fear of injuring my knee again.  I played sand volleyball for many years (and had to have ACL replacement while playing) and 12" softball, but could never find a rec baseball team that I was able to compete on.  Baseball was always my favorite sport growing up and always wished I could have continued to play.

We moved to a different town about a year and a half ago and I caught wind of an over 40 baseball league.  I finally ended up catching a game this past weekend and think that with a bit of practice I could compete again.  So I'm wondering, is there anyone else out there that is still playing rec sports like baseball, basketball, hockey, etc. and are you able to compete and have fun?  Specifically I'm looking for any of my over 40 brethren's experiences, but I'd like to hear from everyone.  Thanks guys.

Middle Earth / Lego LOTR - The Video Game
« on: December 27, 2012, 09:54 AM »
Received this for Christmas and can't wait to get this going with my sons.  Anyone already have this?  How is the play vs other Lego video games that have been released?

The boys also received Lego Batman II DC Superheroes for Christmas, so we'll have a lot of Lego gaming going on in our house this winter break.

Kubricks / WF Summer 2011? Carded ChromeDome R2
« on: June 19, 2011, 03:42 PM »
There is some chatter over at Kubrick Nation of a possible carded R2-D2 figure with chrome dome.  Not happy about yet another re-release from Medicom, but happy to get a possible nod to the vintage R2 with the shiny head.  What would really be cool is if the head spins and makes the 'clicking' noise...

I realize this isn't related to the players/teams, but I thought I would mention that a local Chicago radio station is putting on a roast of Ozzie Guillen later this month.  My wife and I have tickets to go and are really looking forward to this.  It ought to be hysterical!
