Sorry to invade the thread, but I need to rant for a minute. Since the beginning of the year, DirectTV has been blacking out the Bulls games on Comcast Sports Net Chicago (one of my Regional Sports Networks along with Fox Sports North). So I called them a couple times and they couldn't explain to me why this was happening (I did see the games that were played between Christmas and New Years Day on CSN). The only thing they could say was that it must be a local blackout. Tonight I called one last time to get things straightened out because I really wanted to watch the game with my sons who have just started playing basketball. After about 45 minutes on the phone with them having to talk to several people, they informed me that the NBA is no longer allowing DirectTV to include the Bulls as one of my Regional sports teams. Therefore, I will no longer get any Bulls game on CSN Chicago, but I will continue to still get the Blackhawks, White Sox and Cubs games that are played on CSN because those are still included as one of my regional teams. Oh, and because I'm getting FSN, I still get Brewers, Bucks and Wild games. So basically, I'm getting every team that plays in the tri-state area with the exception of the Bulls because the pricks in the NBA think it's better to make their fans buy League Pass than broadcast regional games. Great way to keep your fan base during a year where you are already suffering with your image NBA.
Again, my apologies for the rant, now back to your regularly scheduled discussion...
