I'm kind of shocked to see that they've held back on PT characters like Mace, Padme and Grievous until now. But I also get the sense that the way the 6" TBS line has been released, Hasbro is close to exhausting their options on OT core characters. Be that as it may, Padawan Obi-Wan is a good addition to the line since they had already done Darth Maul and Qui-Gon Jinn. Hasbro needed to complete that set.
I'm thinking that Ezra and Chopper might be some sort of a deluxe set. Although you're left with the question of how do you approach Ezra? Because he grew up over the course of the series, and his appearance changed substantially from season 1 to season 4. As for Zeb? I like the idea of completing the Ghost crew, but I'm curious about how Zeb would translate from the animated design to a more photo realistic look.
The rumor about reissues is good to hear. The line is what, 5 years old now? Some of those early pieces are scarce, and there's been a burgeoning bootleg industry. It seems like Hasbro is almost leaving money on the table by not doing some kind of a "greatest hits" release for some 6" TBS figures.
