This seems to be turning up internationally.  But I don’t think I’ve seen any U.S. finds for the Deluxe Tusken Warrior.

Same here.  Strange that I got the first notification about this before Hasbro Pulse put Krrsantan up for order, and Santo is out for delivery today.  But Hasbro Pulse seems to be taking their sweet time shipping the Tusken 4-pack.

Still, it's actually kind of good to see related items shipping relatively close to one another.  The mainline Tusken Warrior is out.  This will eventually get here.  And according to my order tracking the Boba Fett (Tusken) is set to ship next month.  The question mark after that is when will Target ship the Deluxe Tusken Warrior?

My sets arrived today, and I definitely like what Hasbro did here.  The softgoods are really well done.  And the details on the accessories are better than any I've ever seen packed with a Tusken Raider.

The only criticisms I have?  The Chieftain seems a little small.  I thought he was taller than most of the other Tuskens in TBOBF flashback scenes.  It would have been good to get some of the Tuskens with only the one bandolier.  And I would have like to see one Tusken with head wrappings that were all black, because there are at least a couple of Tuskens like that in the show.

Just got my set and my complaint about putting specific characters in these sets is not as glaring as the 212th Clone set and the upcoming Imperial Officer set.  The Chieftain can easily be used as a generic Tusken just give him the "extra" normal gaffi stick or the second rifle.

I agree. I think the lack of a human face helps in that regard, and having easily swappable soft-good robes. I do enjoy this set overall. I'm glad they added the new leg articulation, even considering they just re-used the legs from VC245 Obi-Wan and they aren't that accurate. The soft-goods generally cover the skinnier legs and hide them not having the cloth wrappings. They allow the figure to sit on a speeder bike or a bantha.

Next up in my little Hasbro Outlet Deals parts swap experiments... I grabbed one of these sets and an extra Tusken with Massiff at Target and tried to re-arrange the parts and weapons without any serious disassembly to see if I could make 5 new guys.  I don't know how successful it was (2 or 3 of them work for me) but here's the initial results.  I'll probably keep tinkering with them, maye see if I can swap hands, maybe do something different with the one guy who came out basically the same... who knows.
